    * 중 학 교  :  말하기 능력 내신,수행평가 반영
    * 고등학교 :  2018학년도 부터 수능영어가 절대평가로 전환됨에 따라, 영어심층면접, 영어인터뷰 등 말하기 능력 절대 필요
